Robert Sutton is a seasoned entrepreneur, financial investment consultant, business development strategist, and racing enthusiast. Founder and principal owner of Sutton & Associates, LLC, Robert Sutton combines his more than 40 years of experience and hands-on management style to operate his latest ventures. Through his business, he serves as a business plan advisor and consultant director for a women's high-end golf apparel and accessories company called Birdie, and JobMedian, a patent-pending software program designed for job seekers to cross-connect through the social media sites of Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Beginning his career as a Brokerage Consultant for Connecticut Life Insurance in 1970, Robert Sutton excelled in sales and by 1973 founded Sutton Development Corporation/Core Corporation. For the next seven years, he built one of the largest real estate and building development companies in Colorado, with expansion into Nebraska and Southern California. Founding TRI-Corp in 1980, he developed the first public/private, multi-asset class Limited Partnership Investment Fund and invested in residential and commercial real estate. In 1992, he founded WK Capital Advisors and used his experience to provide advice and capital development for real estate and land development and wholesale food companies. By 1997, Robert Sutton had founded Centrix Financial, LLC, a leader in the world of auto financing. Leading that multi-billion dollar business until 2007, he also invested in Sutton International Motorsports. He served as Chairman of Universal Special Auto Finance, LLC, for two years, and since 1997, has served as Chairman of Auto Finance Group to meet the demands of auto financing.

Educated at Saint Michael's College, Winooski, Vermont, Robert Sutton earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He continued to support the liberal arts Catholic college as a member on the Board of Trustees. After founding Centrix Financial, he donated $700,000 toward the construction of a $1.6 million fire station on the campus of his alma mater to assist the student volunteer fire and emergency group. Named for him as the Robert E. Sutton Fire and Rescue Station, the facility opened in 2006.

Other philanthropic donations made by Robert Sutton help support agencies that assist seriously ill children. Those agencies include the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America that works to grant wishes to individuals who are terminally ill, and The Association of Hole in the Wall Camps founded by actor Paul Newman to give fun camping experiences to sick children.
