…takin’ two credit cards and an erotic part of one’s body and making a non-biodegradable meat sandwich. Then takin’ the plastic parts and moving them in opposite directions titillating one’s erogenous zone.
After running my first credit report and receiving the “very poor - fuck you” score of 505, I remembered some 15 years ago members of my family and a wife to be, convincing me it was a good idea to “get good credit”. I did what many of the youth were instructed to do and applied for a department store card, used it and paid it off. How wonderful it was to not have to carry a check book around. Lord knows I was buying a waterproof walk man cassette player with FM radio every other year. To think I would have to take some cash, out of my pay check, to the store: In God i trust Forbid.

Democracy is considered one of the primary elements of what constitutes “Freedom”. The Idea is that the majorities will is either directly executed or the direction, stance and character of the representatives are a manifestation of it. However, authority implies some or total suppression of the will of the individual, the exact opposite of freedom. Anarchy is the “political” form of freedom, but within anarchy the individuals are subject to the brutalities of the chance circumstance, doubly so with birth. Without designated authorities, everyone is an authority. And without any standard of law the one with the biggest gun and the most friends is king. Functioning anarchy is impossible with beings possessing minds, for it would divulge into a complex multimonarchy.
The antithesis of democracy is dictatorship. Within a dictatorship the vast majority of a population have no vote on who or what is the authority. But even the dictator isn’t completely free. His existence is dependent on the majorities contentment, for the dictators prosperity is directly related to the masses’ state. Human rights aren’t necessarily any better protected under a democracy compared to a dictatorship, only the threat of violation typically will never occur to more than forty nine percent of the population. A bill of rights to protect the individual is also not a guarantee because anything that’s written by the people can be erased by the people. Continue Reading »

The first war protest I ever watched was from the balcony of The Crescent City Brewhouse. I was haveing a great time eating and drinking with my land lord, Ajit Singha Asi. We’re both peace lovin’ fellows but like most people, both of us have the capacity to use violence or threats of violence to manifest our justified will. For me this was most notably done by removing crack-heads from my stoop. Though Ajit is of a much larger stature than I, he is a naturally gentler man, but his background is from the warrior faith Sikhism. The Sikhs are bound at times to grow their hair out, carry a tiny comb, wonder woman bracelets, special underwear and a short dagger. To those of us who are juvenile this may seem humorous, but anyone with sophistication will recognize the garb as a means to achieve ultimate religious coolness. At any rate, it sure beats a Zucchetto Stole Cassock.

Theocrat Theodore Beale recently published a comment about a Sam Leiths article on the recent Buddhist monk protest in the Union of Myanmar. Sam concluded that, “What’s happening in Burma is an object demonstration of courage and faith; and of the enduring power of a gentle, infinitely suffering thing.” Sams conclusion that the monks demonstration was the soul product of faith is unfounded. Sam quoted Patti Smith with the true force behind the protest, “get ‘em like Gandhi; get ‘em with the numbers” That’s not classified information and the reason why every self selecting group always encourages the mass reproduction of the adherents regardless if it’s religion, race or ideology. After all, if it wasn’t for hot Asian sex, the monks wouldn’t last more than one generation. Only those humans who know that earths biggest problem is human population are driven to control their multiples. Unfortunately the answer must be a collective solution, something Team Human hasn’t been able to pull together. Will we be stuck in a catch 22 until every last animal suffers from our population? I hope not. Continue Reading »
